Who we are

Business Automation is a service line of White Rabbit Brussels (Brussels, Belgium) and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@business-automation.be.

What we collect and why

• Free playbook form (name, work email, company): to send you "The Leak Audit" and to follow up occasionally about automation. Basis: your consent.
• Contact form and email (name, email, company, message): to reply to you. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests, or steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• Call booking (name, email, answers you give): to hold the call you request. Basis: steps before a contract.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who processes it for us

• HubSpot (CRM and contact records)
• Calendly (call booking)
• FormSubmit (relays website form messages to our mailbox)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Our own automation server (workflow processing)

Some of these providers are located outside the EU. They operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Contacts who never reply are deleted after 24 months without interaction. Customers' data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus the legal retention periods that apply to accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent. Every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Write to contact@business-automation.be and we reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing cookies. The booking widget (Calendly) may set its own cookies when you open it.
